Remibrutinib Provides Fast Symptom Relief in the Pooled REMIX-1/-2 Studies

Windom H, Machado P, Ortmann C, et al

This pooled analysis of two Phase 3 trials (REMIX-1/-2) evaluated the early, daily symptom control effects of remibrutinib versus placebo in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria using daily Urticaria Activity Scores. Remibrutinib provided rapid symptom improvement, with reductions in disease activity observed within 12 hours and sustained through the first week of treatment. A substantially greater proportion of patients achieved low symptom severity compared with placebo, supporting its fast onset and effectiveness in CSU symptom control.
