Biomarker Discovery for Food Allergy Using Artificial Intelligence
Williams M, Burks W, Jones S, et al
This study applied machine learning and deep learning approaches to biomarker discovery using data from oral food challenges, aiming to identify predictive biomarkers for food allergy outcomes. These findings suggest that advanced computational models can identify meaningful biomarker patterns associated with clinical reactivity, supporting their potential to improve prediction of oral food challenge outcomes. These results also highlight the promise of integrating multi-omics and machine learning to enhance diagnostic precision and guide personalized management of food allergy.
