REGN1908-1909 Suppresses Cat-Allergen Induced Allergic Conjunctivitis and Skin Test Reactivity

Gagnon R, Torkildsen G, Ellis A, et al

This study used a randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial design to evaluate whether a single prophylactic dose of REGN1908-1909 reduces allergic responses to cat allergen exposure. A single dose significantly suppressed signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis and reduced skin test reactivity following cat allergen exposure. Overall, the results support REGN1908-1909 as an effective preventive therapy for cat allergen–induced allergic responses.
