The Phase 2 APEX Study of APG777 in Atopic Dermatitis

Guttman-Yassky E, Blauvelt A, Gooderham M, et al

This study evaluated the effects of APG777, an IL-13–targeted therapy, on clinical outcomes in patients with atopic dermatitis, focusing on rapid changes in skin symptoms, itch, and sleep. Treatment led to rapid and clinically meaningful improvements in skin severity, pruritus, and sleep disturbance, with consistent benefits observed across both physician- and patient-reported measures. These findings support the central role of IL-13 in atopic dermatitis pathophysiology and highlight the therapy’s potential for fast symptom relief.
