RAPIDe-3: Oral Deucrictibant Immediate-Release Capsule in Hereditary Angioedema

RAPIDe-3 is an ongoing phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of oral deucrictibant for on-demand treatment of hereditary angioedema attacks in adolescents and adults. The study is designed to assess time to symptom relief and other clinically relevant outcomes following treatment. Top-line results are anticipated, and the trial will help determine the potential of oral deucrictibant as a convenient on-demand therapy for HAE attacks.
