Eric Simpson, MD, MCR, of the Department of Dermatology at Oregon Health & Science University, discusses 16-week interim data from a phase 2 trial of tilrekimig (PF-07275315). Tilrekimig is an investigational trispecific antibody targeting interleukin (IL)-4, IL-13, and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), studied in biologic-naive adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The data were presented at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress 2026 in Vienna, Austria.

Simpson reviews the dose response across the monthly regimens. He explains how clinicians should read the gap between EASI-75 rates, which reached up to 63%, and vIGA 0/1 rates of 26% to 30%, with a focus on placebo-adjusted effect sizes. He also discusses why no conjunctivitis signal was seen, a contrast with dupilumab, and what safety questions come with combining 3 targets in 1 molecule.
