Genetic Testing: Why and When?

Addressing Genetic Disorders

Susan J. Gross, MD, Professor of Clinical Obstetrics & Gynecology and Women’s Health, Pediatrics and Genetics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine addresses the timing and reasoning behind testing women for genetic diseases, saying that it primarily concerns personal choice and the value of the information.
