This study demonstrates that the biweekly total symptom score of the Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis Symptom Assessment Form was reliable and able to distinguish among clinically distinct groups of patients, with a cutoff of 28 being able to identify patients with at least moderately severe indolent systemic mastocytosis symptoms.
