Case Report: Aflibercept for DME in Vitrectomized Eyes

This single-center retrospective case series reported the efficacy of aflibercept 8 mg for patients with diabetic macular edema in vitrectomized eyes refractory to other anti-VEGF drug therapies. A single aflibercept dose led to marked improvement in all cases examined.
