Target Audience

This activity is intended for clinical gastroenterologists engaged in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  • Utilize Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) signaling as a treatment target for IBD.

Program Description

Physicians need further education to fully understand and implement current advanced therapies and distinguish the pathways of disease and targets addressed by newer therapies. This educational activity will provide key clinical data on new and emerging treatments, focusing on the JAK/STAT pathway in the context of evolving understanding of disease immunopathogenesis.
