Scientists at Brigham and Women’s Hospital are developing a way to bioprint structures that closely mimic ducts and vessels in the human body. This 3D printing technique can perform more detailed construction of layered elements, creating tightly packed spherical pores that improve the structures’ ability to transport nutrients.
