Join us for our Daily Meeting Highlights – AACE 2011 Conference – Day 2.

Day 2 of the meeting featured a presentation by Robert Unger, MD, who described his research, which used Leptin to treat hyperglucagonemia in Type 1 diabetes in a sample of mice. In his study, the insulin dose needed in mice was cut by 90% by using leptin. Insulin monotherapy will soon be a thing of the past.
