Tumor Growth Rate and Survival in Metastatic Breast Cancer Treated With Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
He P, Gambhire D, Zhou H, et al.
This retrospective analysis of patients with metastatic breast cancer was designed to determine the impact of trastuzumab deruxtecan, ado-trastuzumab emtansine, or chemotherapy on the rate of tumor growth and to explore whether there is an association with clinical outcomes. Tumor growth rate was inversely associated with progression-free and overall survival, and had improved concordance with survival compared to objective response rate.
