Outcomes of Older Adults and Frail Patients Treated With Idecabtagene Vicleucel
Akhtar OS, Oloyede T, Brazauskas R, et al
In this retrospective study, the authors describe the outcomes of older and frail patients receiving idecabtagene vicleucel using data from the Center for International Blood & Marrow Transplant Research. This large data set suggests that older adults, including frail patients, treated with idecabtagene vicleucel experience efficacy that is comparable to that observed in younger patients.
