Here, the authors report final results from the PILOT study of lisocabtagene maraleucel for patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma. Lisocabtagene maraleucel had durable efficacy and a favorable safety profile, supporting its use as second-line therapy for this underserved population of patients not intended for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
