Case Series: Lisocabtagene Maraleucel for Richter’s Transformation

Richter’s transformation from chronic lymphocytic leukemia to lymphoma is associated with poor prognosis. This case series describes the efficacy of lisocabtagene maraleucel in 6 patients, suggesting that lisocabtagene maraleucel with concurrent ibrutinib may be a promising treatment for these patients.
