Dr. Bill Roper, dean of the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine, comments on U.S. health care reform

Comments following President Obama’s press conference on March 24th. Dr. Bill Roper is the dean of the University of North Carolina’s School of Medicine. He is a former director of the CDC and HCFA (now CMS) and was also a White House policy adviser to President Reagan.
