Todd English, one of America’s leading chefs, has opened a Todd English restaurant aboard the Queen Mary 2. This is the chef’s first venture at sea and highlights his interpretive Mediterranean cuisine. The 216-seat venue has both indoor and poolside seating and English has worked very closely with the London-based design team to create a visually stunning atmosphere.
