Obama Administration Announces Extended Enrollment for ‘Special Circumstances’

The Huffington Post reports that the Obama administration has announced that they will be granting extra time for some people who are trying to enroll on healthcare.gov. “The Obama administration and several states planned to accommodate people unable to complete the enrollment process due to technical glitches.” According to the administration, extensions will be granted only to those who tried to complete the enrollment process before March 31st but that this information would be based “on the honors system.” “The Obamacare announcement was quickly panned by conservatives, who argued the administration was trampling regular legislative order by making alterations as it pleases.”
