Chef Joe Dobias and his partner Jill Schulster opened JoeDoe Restaurant in the summer of 2008 with the intention of creating a dining experience with little pretention and a lot of passion. Chef Dobias’ menu is Seasonal American with a focus on farm-fresh ingredients. The menu will change often with the availability of local and seasonal product.

JoeDoe’s intimate 27-seat dining room, with open-air kitchen provides a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The space is adorned with antiques and vintage collectibles that date back to the early 1900s.

Both Jill and Joe have a sense of enthusiasm and responsibility to all of their customers and operate their business with dedication and pride.
