Which Wich? is an innovative yet simple sandwich franchise concept that focuses on the “wich”, a toasted hot sandwich available in over 40 varieties. Which Wich? has a unique ordering system, where each customer grabs a preprinted sandwich bag from one of ten varieties. It makes perfect sense. You create your desired sandwich from the various ingredients listed on the bag instead of picking from a menu of preordained sandwich component assemblages. After paying for the meal, the brown bag is clampened and placed on a metal wire and a Which Wich? expeditor calls out the order to be picked up.
