Though Glitches Remain, Enrollment Rates Soar in December

USA Today reports that although some glitches still remain on Healthcare.gov, the number of visits has increased by 80% since just last Wednesday. According to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the number of visitors to Healthcare.gov hit 310,000 yesterday. A representative told USA Today that those who were initially turned away by the service when the site first launched in October will be contacted in order to ensure they can complete the enrollment process. Experts say that they “believe 80% of the problems have been fixed, and they have a team working to address remaining issues.”
