Milk Consumption After Childhood May Not Be Healthy After All

New research has shown that drinking milk after childhood may not be as healthy as we once imagined, The New York Times reports. According to a study published by The BMJ, milk consumption in adults was associated with with no additional protection against fractures for men, and an increased risk in women. In addition, both men and women in the study who drank milk were reported to have an increased risk of death.
